Ramos cells expected high fluorescence intensity, while HeLa cells showed no apparent fluorescent intensity for ATNP and ANP, which might be due to the specificity of aptamer to Ramos cells. HeLa cells treated with ATNP and TNP showed obvious fluorescence intensity due to the uptake of DNA nanopore in the help of TAT peptide, while for the ANP and FNP, no apparent fluorescent intensity was observed.
