A significant intracellular FITC fluorescence was observed in HeLa, MDA-MB-231 and PC3 cells incubated with IMT-P8-KLA, while negligible fluorescence with FITC-KLA peptide. 60% HeLa cells were found to be GFP-positive when treated with IMT-P8-GFP compared to cells treated with TAT-GFP in which only 25% cells were GFP-positive.
