FUNCTION: [Ts19 fragment I]: May function as a voltage-gated potassium channel blocker and may have cytolytic activity (Ref.3). Is often not detected in the tested venom fractions, suggesting that the toxin is likely subject to frequent processing within the venom (PubMed:26116782). {ECO:0000269|Ref.3, ECO:0000305|PubMed:26116782}. FUNCTION: [Ts19 fragment II]: Specific and reversible blocker of the potassium channel Kv1.2/KCNA2 (IC(50)=544 nM). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:26116782}. FUNCTION: [Ts19 fragment III]: Shows cytolytic effects on erythrocytes and induces non-selective pore formation when high concentrations (300 nM) are applied on oocytes. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:26116782}. FUNCTION: [Cryptide TyPep-17]: Does not cause hemolysis, mast cell degranulation, LDH release, and does not have antimicrobial activity. Does not cause edema and pain. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:38408354}.
