Neurotoxin
FUNCTION: Toxin that inhibits voltage-gated potassium channel currents in DRG neurons (IC(50)=about 570 nM). In vivo, induces neurotoxicity shown by twitching, paralysis, and body contraction. In vivo, insects injected with this toxin showed signs of neurotoxicity including twitching, paralysis, and body contraction. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:22595790}.
