FUNCTION: Specifically, dose-dependently and potently blocks the voltage-gated potassium channel Kv1.1/KCNA1 (Ki=1.6 pM) (PubMed:16905168, PubMed:38102952). Moderately blocks potassium channel heterotetramers formed by 3 subunits of Kv1.1/KCNA1 and 1 subunit of Kv1.2/KCNA2 (Ki=56 nM) and weakly blocks those formed by 2 subunits of Kv1.1/KCNA1 and 2 subunits of Kv1.2/KCNA2 (Ki=14 nM). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:16905168, ECO:0000269|PubMed:38102952}.
