KH27K consistently enhanced transduction by all PsVs tested (3-fold for MPyV PsVs and 6-fold for SV40 at 20 μM), albeit MusPV PsVs transduction was potentiated only 2.5-fold. Internalization for all VLP*/CPP complexes shows Low relative MFI except for VLP*/KH27K in comparison to control VLPs* (without peptide) in 3T6 cells.
