disc diffusion method: It inhibits A. baumannii (inhibition area 49.4 mm2), A. salmonicida (55.5 mm2), A. hydrophila (56.91 mm2), P. aeruginosa (50.32 mm2), Gram+ S. aureus (49.26 mm2), E. faecium (40.52 mm2), and fungi C. glabrata (inhibition area 71.24 mm2). Note that a scarmbled peptide also showed reduced inhibition (17.2-27.88 mm2), indicating sequence scrambling did not eliminate the peptide activity.
